When you register and use this system, we collect personal and sensitive information including, but not limited to:
- Full Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Birthday, and Sex
- Government-issued IDs (Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, Passport)
- Civil documents (Barangay Clearance, Birth Certificate, Educational Diplomas)
- Resumes, Work Experience, and Professional Qualifications

Your personal data is collected and processed solely for legitimate recruitment and employment purposes:
- Identity verification and background credential validation
- Automated skill extraction and job-applicant matching
- Communication regarding application status, interviews, and onboarding
- Auditing and compliance recordkeeping

We implement strict technical, organizational, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Document uploads are stored with encrypted storage mechanisms and access is restricted solely to authorized recruitment personnel.

Under RA 10173, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal data is processed
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data
- Object to automated processing or withdraw consent at any time

By creating an account on the ExcellMark Recruitment System, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Account Registration & Authenticity
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and document submission. Providing fraudulent documents or false identity information will result in immediate account termination and disqualification from job applications.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (password and OTP verification codes). You must immediately notify system administrators if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Automated Document Processing
You acknowledge and consent that uploaded verification documents (IDs, Clearances, Certificates) will be processed using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and automated verification systems for validation purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to administrative modules, or misuse system resources.
